Production Assistant

Contracted Hours: 20 - 40 hours per week minimum contracts available

Location: North Warrington

Schedule: Shifts available 7:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Sunday

Renumeration: up to £13.05 (dependant on age and experience)

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Food Production Operative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the food manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment.

Duties

• Produce high quality products for delivery to all our stores overnight.
• Maintain excellent standards for our fresh product range.
• Ensure safe food preparation, storage, and labeling.
• Communicate effectively with the team to work to specific production deadlines.
• Perform thorough cleaning and complete routine cleaning tasks.
• Comply with food hygiene and safety standards.
• Use all company systems and processes.
• Record relevant checks and information on our systems.

Experience

• Previous experience in a packing or food production environment is preferred.
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork skills, with a focus on communication and collaboration.
