JOB OPPORTUNITY - GENERAL OPERATIVE / FLT COUNTERBALANCE

Location: Redditch

We are currently recruiting for a General Operative / FLT Counterbalance Operator to join a well-established chemical manufacturing company in Redditch.

Pay Rates

• £12.21 per hour
• £15.89 per hour (FLT role dependent)

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
• Friday: 7:00am - 12:00pm

Lates Available

• Monday to Thursday: 3:45pm - 2:00am

Role Overview

This is a hands-on production role within a chemical manufacturing environment, supporting day-to-day operations including packing, bottling, labelling, and FLT support.

Key Responsibilities

• Packing finished goods from the production line
• Bottling and labelling products accurately
• Supporting general manufacturing tasks
• Operating FLT Counterbalance trucks (license must be in date)
• Loading, unloading, and moving stock safelyFollowing strict Health & Safety and COSHH procedures
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

About You

• Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred
• Must hold a valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance licence
• Comfortable working in a chemical environment
• High attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
