To provide support to the dealer network with regard to their open order books. Receive and manage orders through internal systems to ensure all customer and departmental needs are met within the required time frame.
Parts technical support Manager
Key Responsibilities- Manage Dealer enquiries through the helpdesk
- Advising on part identification
- Cross reference parts against BOMS
- Assist in the sourcing of parts identified
- Liaising with internal departments and external supplies
- Responsible for credit investigations
- Partake in customer service calls and identify areas for improvement
- Assist with preparation for new product launch
- Assist with parts related engineering change orders
- Educated to a minimum of GCSE standard or equivalent which will include English and Maths at grade C or above
- Have experience of working within a busy office environment ideally in a customer service role
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload using your own initiative to meet deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise your workload using your own initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to be a good listener and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them resolve them
- Excellent written skills as most of the work will be written (email, documentation etc)
- Experience of the crushing and screening industry would be desirable though not essential
