Job Description
Product Support Representative Dungannon Business Park

To provide support to the dealer network with regard to their open order books. Receive and manage orders through internal systems to ensure all customer and departmental needs are met within the required time frame.

Responsibilities
  • Manage dealer enquiries through the helpdesk.
  • Advise on part identification.
  • Cross reference parts against BOMS.
  • Assist in the sourcing of identified parts.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers.
  • Responsible for credit investigations.
  • Participate in customer service calls and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with preparation for new product launch.
  • Assist with parts related engineering change orders.
Qualifications / Education
  • Minimum of GCSE standard or equivalent which includes English and Maths at grade C or above.
Experience Level
  • Experience working within a busy office environment, ideally in a customer service role.
  • Ability to organize and prioritise workload using your own initiative to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good listening skills and the ability to understand and resolve customer problems and questions.
  • Experience within the crushing and screening industry is desirable but not essential.
