Within the Technology department of our client, the teams build the workflows and infrastructure that enable journalists and creators to deliver radio, TV, and online content to millions of Flemings every day. The TV Studios team is looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead by example and help shape the future of our media landscape.

Your Responsibilities

• Vision & Roadmap: Take end-to-end responsibility for the product vision, roadmap, and value prioritization for all TV studio and gallery (control room) infrastructure.
• Technological Evolution: Drive the transition from traditional to IP-based workflows, including software-based galleries, graphics systems, EVS infrastructure, intercoms, and studio cameras.
• Strategic Bridge-Building: Act as the link between technical teams, content creators, and management. You translate strategic goals into a feasible backlog that delivers maximum business value.
• Team Leadership: Partner with the Team Coach to foster an autonomous, agile, and continuous-learning team environment built on mutual trust.
• Stakeholder Management: Represent the TV Studios team to internal and external partners, ensuring constructive and solution-oriented collaboration.

• Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Connector: You are a natural networker who can easily navigate relationships with stakeholders and partners both internalyy & externally.
• Communicator: You empower your team to grow in autonomy and expertise, helping them realize a successful product vision.
• Technical Affinity: You feel at home working with both engineers and end-users. You are driven to achieve and celebrate successes while seizing new opportunities.
• Analytical Skills: You can analyze and define requirements, assess their impact, and are proficient with PO tools such as the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
• Domain Knowledge: Experience with broadcast technology (SMPTE 2110, Vizrt, EVS, studio cameras) and software-defined media workflows is a significant plus.
• Certification: PSPO, CSPO, or SAFe PO/PM certifications are highly regarded.

• Proven ability to develop and safeguard product vision and strategy.
• Decisiveness based on business value, capacity, and risk assessment.
