Job Description
Job Title: Co-Product Owner (Quoting & Pricing)
Location: remote with 5-10% travel to Switzerland
Contract Type: freelance - 6 months
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Co-Product Owner to support the agile product delivery of quoting and floor pricing capabilities in a global, complex sales environment. This role works closely with key business stakeholders, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and regional/global teams to ensure high-value outcomes aligned with strategic pricing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and maintain product backlog in alignment with business priorities.
- Define user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with agile business teams.
- Prepare and deliver product demos during Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Support the Product Manager in roadmap development and strategic planning.
- Contribute to Design Authority sessions and ensure alignment with global architecture.
- Coordinate cross-ART processes related to floor price checks and exception handling.
- Engage with regional and global stakeholders to support floor price governance and deployments.
- Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities to drive adoption across markets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must have pharma or MedTech experience
- Strong understanding of quoting and pricing governance in large, multinational organizations.
- Preferably experienced in complex selling environments
- Proven organizational and project management skills; familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology is an advantage.
- Excellent facilitation and influencing skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to distill complex topics for decision-making.
- Effective stakeholder management across global and regional levels.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- SAP Vistex certification or relevant technical exposure is a plus.
