We are looking for a Product Owner to join us as we continue this journey and help us shape what the future of modern jewellery can and should be.
Where we need your helpThe Product Owner role is an exciting opportunity to help us turn validated product opportunities into shipped value, bridging our Product Managers, our external development partner and stakeholders across the business.
What you'll doAs Product Owner you are the engine of our delivery system. Working across two scrum teams, you bridge product, engineering and the wider business to ensure work entering development is ready, on track and well governed.
- Run delivery across our two scrum teams
- Lead the sprint framework and ceremonies across both squads, including planning, refinement, retros and reviews
- Coordinate the day to day with our external development partner, ensuring developer time is focused on agreed priorities
- Own the deployment process, planning and communicating releases with minimal disruption
- Identify and elevate blockers and delivery risks early, working with the dev team to find solutions
- Manage cross squad dependencies where work spans both teams
- Run retrospectives and ensure improvement actions are captured and followed through
- Validate what enters delivery
- Own and prioritise the delivery backlog for both teams in partnership with the Product Managers
- Hold the bar on Definition of Ready, ensuring tickets entering sprint have clear acceptance criteria and supporting context
- Validate that work entering delivery is aligned to an approved Decision Brief, with defined scope, timeline and investment baseline
- Validate timelines, dependencies and technical feasibility with the dev team before delivery commitments are made
- Translate validated opportunities into clear user stories and delivery plans
- Manage capacity, cost and quality
- Track development capacity across both squads, balancing features, bugs, BAU and ad hoc work
- Monitor CAPEX vs OPEX allocation against agreed targets, flagging deviations early
- Report regularly on delivery cost and capacity to Product Managers and leadership, supporting trade off decisions
- Set quality and testing standards between our external development partner and the business, ensuring clear expectations of what comes out of dev and clean hand offs into UAT
- Run bridge testing between development and UAT, demoing new functionality to stakeholders for sign off
- Drive the embedding of governance requirements such as accessibility, compliance and security into how we develop and ship
- Communicate progress and improve how we work
- Provide clear, regular updates on sprint progress, delivery risks and deployment plans to stakeholders across the business
- Plan and run end user training and demos for new features, ensuring teams are ready to adopt what we ship
- Lead root cause analysis on dev side issues raised through the service desk, working with our external development partner to identify corrective action
- Own and maintain documentation for our delivery processes, including workflows, standards and definitions of ready and done
- Review and improve our ceremonies and ways of working as the team and tooling evolve
- Identify and apply AI tools to improve how we plan, deliver and report, contributing to the wider business effort to embed AI into our ways of working

- Reflects & Learns: Runs honest, useful retrospectives and turns lessons into improvements. Welcomes feedback from peers and leaders. Adjusts approach based on what the team learns.
Master & Apply
- Functional/Technical Expertise: Brings real depth in agile delivery, including backlog management, sprint ceremonies, QA practice and product tooling such as Jira and Jira Product Discovery. Has experience setting and holding delivery governance, including Definition of Ready and Definition of Done. Applies sound judgement, supports the team with problem solving and brings the attention to detail needed to spot edge cases before they ship.
- Stays Current: Adapts practice as the discipline evolves. Brings ideas on how QA and testing can improve and explores how AI tooling can support planning, delivery and reporting. Shares relevant insights with the team to keep capability current.

Ability to document your authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.
Travel RequirementsRegular travel to our Norfolk office may be required.
