The Product Owner will be responsible for driving the development and optimisation of incentive management and eCommerce solutions within the technology and telecoms sector.   • Oversee the end-to-end life cycle of incentive management and eCommerce products.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements.
  • Prioritise and manage product backlogs to align with business objectives.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and technical requirements.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
  • Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on product progress.
  • Support sales and marketing teams with product-related insights and training.

Profile

A successful Product Owner should have:

  • Proven expertise/or understanding of incentive management and eCommerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the product life cycle
