Job Description
  • Lead the discovery of current and future learning platform capabilities, identifying and leveraging features critical for active learning products.
  • Define integration opportunities and design the "to-be" state of platforms and services, ensuring alignment with the organization's learning strategy.
  • Curate and manage the product integration backlog, balancing business priorities with technical feasibility.
  • Establish and track success criteria and KPIs throughout the integration process to evaluate effectiveness and impact.
  • Document migration paths, dependencies, and develop detailed playbooks to support smooth transitions between platforms or services.
  • Map end-to-end user journeys and identify key learning experience components across multiple platforms, ensuring a cohesive learner experience.
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams (engineering, IT, vendors) and business stakeholders (L&D, Product, Compliance), translating requirements and maintaining alignment.
  • Ensure platform scalability and interoperability by contributing to architectural decisions and recommending standards and best practices.
The Successful Applicant
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, learning technology, or platform integration within a corporate or educational environment.
  • Strong understanding of learning ecosystems
  • Proven experience leading cross-platform integration projects with measurable business impact.
  • Strong documentation and system mapping skills (e.g., user flows, technical diagrams, journey maps).
  • Ability to balance user experience considerations with backend system constraints.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
