Hi, I'm Dan Payne, Product Director here at Hawk-Eye Innovations. We're on the lookout for a Product Owner to help shape the future of sports technology. If you get excited about building products that push the boundaries and make a real impact, this could be a great fit.

What Your Day Will Look Like :

You'll be a key part of the product team, working closely with stakeholders, users, and
engineers to bring products to life - and keep them evolving.
Here's what your typical week might include:
Working with users and clients to understand needs and shape product requirements
Defining the product vision and roadmap, prioritising work for the engineering teams
Writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Supporting delivery teams to ensure consistency across multiple products
Making sure training, documentation and testing are in place for smooth launches
Keeping an eye on performance and supporting troubleshooting where needed
Researching market trends and competitor activity
Acting as the go-to person for your product - owning comms and alignment
Occasional international travel to meet users and gather insights
Projects on the Horizon
This year, we're:
Creating best-in-class portals to showcase video and data across Sony Sports
Extending our current platforms in line with what our customers need
Building brand-new tools that let users dig deeper into the data collected by
Hawk-Eye


What We're Looking For :

You don't need to tick every box, but here's what we'd ideally love to see: Must-haves
At least 2 years in a Product role, ideally owning products end to end
Experience working closely with engineers, designers, and other teams to ship great
products
Comfortable writing detailed requirements and clear acceptance criteria
Organised, a strong communicator, and confident managing stakeholders
Familiar with Agile ways of working (Scrum or Kanban)
Confident prioritising roadmaps in line with business goals
Experience delivering complex front-end platforms
Customer-focused with a good sense of balancing expectations vs strategy
Experience working with sports data feeds or APIs

Nice-to-haves :
Worked directly with sports teams and understand their unique time pressures
Experience signing off work through UAT testing
Basic understanding of web tech and how to use dev tools to troubleshoot
