Job Summary
We are hiring a Product Owner - Payments (B2B Cross Border) to lead cross-border payments product delivery and transformation initiatives. The role involves managing payment product strategy, driving cross-border payment capabilities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable payment solutions across global markets.
Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end B2B payments product roadmap, backlog, and delivery.

Drive cross-border payment flows including initiation, routing, settlement, and reconciliation.

Work closely with FX, treasury, compliance, and technology teams.

Ensure AML, sanctions screening, and regulatory compliance in payment solutions.

Lead Agile delivery, sprint planning, and stakeholder management.

Support multi-rail payments (correspondent banking, local clearing, wallets, APIs).
Required Skills

8-10 years of experience as Product Owner/Product Manager in payments or transaction banking.

Strong knowledge of cross-border payments and correspondent banking.

Experience in B2B payments or banking/payment processing environment.

Experience working in regulated financial institutions.

Understanding of FX-linked payments, liquidity, or prefunding (preferred).

Experience with API-based payment platforms (preferred).

Strong stakeholder management and Agile delivery experience.
