Product Owner - Customer Data & Account Experience

Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) is seeking an experienced Product Owner to stabilise and transform the customer account experience across a complex digital ecosystem for a global automotive client. The role blends Product Ownership and Product Management, leading cross-functional discovery and defining a target-state operating model across CRM, mobile apps and supporting systems.

The successful candidate will assess end-to-end journeys, data flows and governance to address fragmentation and risk,
