You'll work in an agile, value driven environment as the voice of our users-connecting business strategy with technical feasibility, clarifying the engineer experience, and partnering closely with Senior Product Owners, business stakeholders, and cross functional teams. You'll turn ideas into shippable features that meet real customer needs and deliver business outcomes, owning and refining the backlog for a dedicated feature team and keeping delivery moving with clarity and purpose.The Product Owner position for the Commercial Servicing & Engagement Platform is based in the Digital Channels AI feature team. This a new role where the teams' mission is to identify and deliver Gen AI and Agentic experiences for business customers. We are in the process of developing a Customer AI Super Agent for BCB and this role will be central to identifying the path to deliver that. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Set the north star for delivering an outstanding conversational experience that puts customers first. Build and prioritise a dynamic backlog of use cases to drive impactful development. Translate user requirements into clear capabilities and behaviours that develop intuitive journeys. Curate knowledge and data for our digital agent and define robust guardrails to ensure quality. Collaborate closely with engineers and data scientists to bring innovative experiences to market. Define success metrics and maintain a continuous feedback loop to keep improving and delivering value at pace. WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering customer centric solutions, ideally in digital channels or technology-enhanced experiences. Passion for the 'why' - you cut through complexity to focus on what matters most, bringing curiosity, resilience, and an open approach to new technologies like Gen AI and agentic systems. Data driven approach - comfortable working with data teams, interpreting insights, and using evidence to build decisions. Strong agile delivery skills - you understand agile principles and apply them to deliver value quickly, collaborating effectively across engineering, data science, and business teams. Ability to turn vision into action - translating ideas and user needs into clear, prioritised backlogs and actionable tasks for feature teams. Commercial awareness - balancing compelling customer benefits with business objectives to ensure balanced outcomes. Background in data or analytics - whether through a degree or hands on experience, you bring a solid foundation in data to inform product decisions.
