Product Owner - Accountant-Focused Fintech Growth

Allica Bank is seeking a senior Product Owner/Manager to own the accountants proposition, shaping strategy and the roadmap for a trusted, multi-client experience across SME clients. You'll work with engineers, designers, and operations to deliver features that improve acquisition, retention and product depth.

The role requires deep understanding of accounting workflows and software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage), and a track record of data-driven prioritisation in a banking/fintech context.
