Our long-established and highly respected client, based in Cardiff, is seeking a commercially minded Product Marketing Executive to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and analytical marketing professional who enjoys working cross-functionally and playing a key role in product development, market insight, and commercial success.

The Role

As Product Marketing Executive, you will support product strategy, drive market insight, and help deliver successful product launches while ensuring compliance and portfolio performance.

You'll work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to strengthen product positioning and contribute to sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Strategy

• Support overall product and brand strategy
• Identify market gaps and contribute to new product development
• Work closely with suppliers on product information and materials
• Support packaging development, launch plans, and promotional activity

Market & Customer Insight

• Gather customer feedback and monitor market trends
• Review product performance and prepare detailed reports
• Recommend improvements based on performance data and insights

Sales & Marketing Support

• Develop compelling product messaging and training materials
• Attend customer visits and support technical discussions
• Identify and support margin improvement opportunities

Compliance & Sustainability

• Ensure products meet required standards and directives
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives with a strong commercial focus

Portfolio & Quality Management

• Manage products across the existing portfolio
• Support the resolution of product quality issues
