We're looking for a talented and entrepreneurial team player to help convey the compelling value proposition and differentiation of our offerings to Carriers and Banks through engaging storytelling and a talent for converting complexity into simplicity.
We need astrategic, hands-on Product Marketing leaderwho thrives at the intersection oftechnology, storytelling, team leadership, and go-to-market execution. You'll define our market positioning, lead a growing product marketing team, drive world-class launches, and ensure Earnix stays one step ahead of the competition.
What You'll Do
Lead the team: Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing product marketing team-prioritizing impact, clarity, and speed.
Define the narrative: Own product messaging and positioning that clearly articulates our value to insurers and lenders across pricing, underwriting, and personalization.
Empower the field: Deliver compelling content-battlecards, playbooks, decks, ROI tools-that makes it easier for Sales and CS to win.
Fuel market insight: Stay on top of competitive moves, customer needs, and industry shifts. Use data and feedback to shape product and marketing priorities.
Showcase customer impact: Turn proof points, case studies, and real-world success into powerful stories that influence prospects and the market.
Be the bridge: Collaborate across departments to build a unified GTM engine that scales globally.
