Under the leadership of the Product ManagementDirectorhandle the lifecycle of the product and supportR&Defforts through gathering and analyzing information, creating development plans and continuous coordination withupstream and downstream teams.
ResponsibilitiesAs an employee oftheCompanyyouare required tofulfill the duties and responsibilitiesestablishedin your job description and perform your work with reasonable care and skill whilecomplying withworkplace rules, regulations,policiesand legislation. In yourroleyou also have the responsibility to cooperate with your colleagues and perform your work following health and safety regulations.
Occasional travels to customers, internal or external events.
QualificationsAfter your onboarding you willbe responsible forthe following -non-exhaustive- tasks:
- Roadmap Owner
- Coordinate with the ProductDirectoron creating and updating the 3-5-year product vision and 1-2-year product strategy.
- Create andmaintaina6-12monthroadmap forthe specificfeature groupsof the product.
- Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders and get their buy-in for this roadmap.
- Break down the roadmap into prioritized goals for thedevelopmentcadencesin collaboration with R&D.
- Create,maintainand sharebusiness goals and requirementswithstakeholders&facilitatetheir active participation in the product design and planning process.
- Define clearacceptancecriteria and be theakedecisions on whether the developments are ready to be released to customers.
- Review andvalidatedeliveries.
- Internal & External Product Champion
- Tight coordination with other teams working with the product (e.g.support, marketing, sales, professional services, other product owners). Facilitate and help internal and inter-team communication.
- Comfortable with rapid change, sometime ambiguousgoals, the PM will be thedriving force to review,analyzeand mitigate risks around product development directions.
- Activelyparticipatein the feature design process and represent the goals of the business in them.
- Assess the requirements of customers through customer& / orpartnersinteractions (direct or indirect).
- Market Guru
- Know and analyze the competition.
- Participate in finding the right market position and messages.
- Holding presentations around topics related to the function group, including at external events.
- Support corporate branding efforts byparticipatingin events or in other ways.
- Goodknowledgeontrends, regulations&industryanalysts'positions
- Customer best friend
- Help the support team byhandlecustomer escalations according to the accepted internal process.
- Participate in meetings with key customers asrequired.
- Bring businessperspectiveintechnologychanges and improvements.
- Higher education degree, MBApreferred,professional qualification, or professional experience corresponding to the grade specified by theCompany.
- 4+ years of relevant experienceinproduct management or technical sales experience in thecybersecurity space, ideally in the PAM specific domain.
- Experience driving effectively complex roadmaps, structuring offers andprioritizingrequirements in a complex& multinationalenvironment.
- Autonomous, self-starter with high energy and passion for their work
- Genuine interest in helping customers.
- Equallycomfortable with technology and the businessside of the product.
- Strong communicationskillsfor internal and external communication; Should be able to translate complexity thatresidesin the product into a simple and engagingnarrative.
- Effective interpersonal skillsincludingthe ability to collaborate, influence, negotiate, and resolveconflicts.
- Proficiencyin written and spoken English language.
- Industry Security Certificationsor Industry PM Certificationsarea plus.
