About This Opportunity: Embark Pensions is part of Lloyds Insurance, Pensions & Investments, and sits within the Complex Pensions & Migrations team. We offer a tailored SIPP proposition developed for high-net-worth (HNW), advised, and unadvised customers. Our customers invest in a wide range of assets, including property and third-party discretionary fund managers (DFMs). The scope of this role also includes several closed books and white-label propositions.As Product Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how we deliver value and transparency to our customers. You'll start by helping to build our Consumer Duty dashboard for Embark Pensions, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we're capturing the right data to show our products are performing as they should. You'll also support product governance, help identify and resolve potential customer harms, and ensure our propositions remain competitive and compliant. Collaboration is key and you'll work closely with distribution and operational teams to make sure everything aligns. What you'll be doing: Lead MI sourcing and analysis : Gather and manage management information (MI) from multiple systems and business areas; interpret data to update the Consumer Duty dashboard monthly, progressing from 'gold' to 'gold star' and 'platinum' phases. Reporting and governance : Draft clear, audience-specific Consumer Duty reports and support governance committees, including Product Oversight Groups and Assessment of Value reporting. Customer communications : Lead communications to address potential customer harms and advise customers of product changes. Risk and compliance : Lead risks and controls across Embark Pensions propositions, ensuring compliance and a customer-centric approach. Literature and regulatory updates : Oversee customer literature reviews for clarity and compliance; stay current with legislative/regulatory changes and lead proposition updates accordingly. Continuous improvement : Contribute to initiatives that improve propositions and support any tasks needed to deliver compelling, compliant, and competitive customer offerings. What you'll need: Product management expertise: Confirmed experience in product management, ideally within pensions, financial services, or other regulated environments. Consumer Duty knowledge : Proven understanding of Consumer Duty principles and their application to product governance and oversight. Data analysis and reporting: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex MI from multiple systems and translate insights into meaningful updates and reports. Risk and control experience: Familiarity with frameworks, especially in relation to financial products and customer journeys. Documentation review: Experience reviewing proposition documentation to ensure clarity and regulatory compliance. Clear communication: Excellent written communication skills, with confidence in drafting concise reports for senior leaders and governance committees.
