Job Description
  • As a Product Manager for Sourcing Engineering in our Product-led organisation, you'll play a key role in defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your ART
  • You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business and empower your teams to deliver value every increment. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution and thrives in a cross-functional, agile setting
  • Define and communicate the ART's product vision, roadmap, and strategy in alignment with portfolio priorities and customer needs
  • Work closely with business owners, customers, and other stakeholders to understand market dynamics and translate them into actionable features for the team
  • Manage and prioritize the ART Program Backlog, ensuring features are clear, well-defined, and ready for implementation by Agile teams
  • Participate in PI (Program Increment) Planning by presenting roadmap, vision, and priorities, and be hands-on during the planning and execution process
  • Guide the teams on feature scope, collaborate on tradeoff decisions, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the ART and regularly engage with users and stakeholders to gather feedback
  • Use metrics and insights to monitor value delivery, measure outcomes, and pivot direction as needed
  • Stay in close contact with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, RTEs (Release Train Engineers) and Solution Architects to ensure smooth execution
  • Champion SAFe principles, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration within the ART

Track record of success managing product roadmaps, writing user stories, and collaborating with development teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesCertified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or equivalent experience is preferredOutstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills5+ years' experience in product management, preferably in an Agile/SAFe environmentExperience delivering software or technology products; comfortable working in a technical domain is a big plus
