Description

Zencargo is looking for an experienced Product Manager to work in our cross functional teams.

The role works alongside our other Product Managers to deliver our product strategy which will help us realise our vision of a world with smarter trade, and our mission of making our customers' supply chain their competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand the product strategy and how your team's work contributes to it
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform feature development
  • Carry out discovery using qualitative and quantitative data and validate requirements with internal and external users
  • Collaborate with designers and software engineers to develop solutions
  • Identify stakeholders for feature areas and keep them informed
  • Support stakeholders to make informed decisions on priorities
  • Define and track the performance of your team's work with metrics
  • Plan and own iterative releases and work with marketing and solutions to facilitate adoption and success

  • Data analysis: uses ThoughtSpot and other tools to answer questions & track metrics
  • Facilitation: can identify the right format and participants for sessions to reach outcomes and successfully facilitate those sessions
  • Delivery management: can ensure timely delivery of outcomes using scrum and/or other methodologies to support the cross functional team
  • Technical knowledge: has an appropriate understanding of user experience, design and technology and how they inform our choices
  • Industry knowledge: has an appropriate understanding of the freight forwarding industry and the target market
  • Product strategy & roadmapping: can identify methodologies and tools to shape our strategy and build out the roadmap and requirements
  • Documentation: delivers and role models exemplary documentation to ensure teams, stakeholders and users have what they need
