Product Manager

£65,000 to £70,000 - London (2 days per week)

One of La Fosse's key clients is looking for a Product Manager to join the team at an exciting point in their transformation journey. This individual will be responsible for the development of the company's existing products and will work closely with the Product & Data Director to define and build new ones.

Responsibilities:

• Defining and executing the long-term business strategy of product lines
• Delivering product roadmaps alongside the outsourced engineering team
• Gather and analyse user needs based on research to inform product decisions
• Establish mechanisms to gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align product goals with business needs

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in end-to-end product management, defining, executing, and launching successful products
• Proven track record working with B2B products or services
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Excellent communication and strong analytical skills
