Requirements

• Experience as a product manager in a fast-moving, cross-functional team

What the job involves

• Own a product area end-to-end: from defining success, through discovery, to shipping with velocity

• Work closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to build products that create real impact

• Translate strategic direction into clear, actionable work, and hold others accountable to progress

• Set and measure clear goals, using data to guide decisions without getting lost in analysis
,
• Write clear specs, make smart trade-offs, and communicate with the right level of process (not more)

• Help raise the energy, pace, and quality of the product org
