Your Responsibilities
As a Product & Compliance Advisor, you will work at the intersection of product development, regulatory compliance, and internal process optimization. Your role is to ensure that insurance and pension products stay aligned with the evolving legal and tax landscape.
You will:
- Monitor regulatory and fiscal changes relevant to life insurance and pension products.
- Collaborate closely with internal tax and legal specialists to assess business impacts.
- Translate complex regulatory updates into clear internal procedures and product documentation.
- Coordinate with contract management, service teams, and IT when product or process adjustments are needed.
- Participate in product-related projects: product review cycles, rate adaptations, fund selection, etc.
- Support compliance and product tax initiatives by acting as a bridge between operational teams and expert advisors.
- Help maintain product quality and governance standards across the portfolio.
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience (3-10 years) in insurance, pension, compliance, or product/process roles.
- Interest in regulatory frameworks, legal accuracy, and product governance.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, comfortable in cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and structured, with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English. Working proficiency in French and Dutch (spoken and written) is expected.
