We're hiring a Product Manager to join a fast-scaling B2B SaaS company tackling complex global challenges in the HRTech space. You'll be leading the most intricate part of the platform - making powerful tools intuitive for HR and Reward managers around the world.
The clientA fast-growing SaaS company helping global businesses manage complex internal operations more intelligently.
Their platform blends automation, data, and personalisation to streamline workflows for non-technical users.
Used by well-known brands, they're scaling rapidly and tackling real, messy product challenges.
Own product strategy for core admin tools used by global clients
Lead discovery to uncover and validate real user problems
Frame hypotheses, test ideas, and launch MVPs in weeks (not quarters)
Collaborate with design, engineering, and data to ship impactful work
Bring structure to complex, global operational workflows
The candidate3+ years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS
Strong problem-solver who thinks hypothesis-first, not feature-first
Experience working in fast-paced, unstructured environments
Comfortable with complexity - product problems, not just tech ones
Bonus: STEM degree or top-tier education
Details:Up to £85k salary
Hybrid: 3 days/week in London office
Work on meaningful problems with a senior, fast-moving team
