One of prestigious client is seeking a dynamic Product Manager -Payments & Lending to lead the end-to-end strategy, development, andexecution of innovative financial products. You'll work with cross-functionalteams to deliver cutting-edge digital payment solutions and lending platformsfor our FinTech clients.
As a key player in our product development team, you will beresponsible for identifying market opportunities, managing product roadmaps,and ensuring high-quality delivery that meets user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defineand drive product strategy for payments, BNPL, embedded lending, andcredit platforms.
- Ownthe product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including roadmapdevelopment and performance tracking.
- Collaboratewith engineering, design, compliance, and commercial teams to deliverseamless and secure financial products.
- Translatemarket trends and customer feedback into actionable product enhancements.
- Workclosely with compliance and risk to ensure products meet regulatorystandards.
- Monitorand improve product KPIs including adoption, NPS, churn, and engagement.
- Preparebusiness cases, prioritisation frameworks, and release schedules.
Required Skills:
- Provenexperience delivering digital financial products (especially paymentprocessing, P2P, credit or lending systems).
- Strongtechnical understanding of APIs, payment rails, core banking systems, orlending infrastructure.
- Excellentstakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Analyticalmindset with strong data interpretation and decision-making skills.
Desired Skills:
- Experienceworking with PSD2, FCA regulations, or AML/KYC compliance.
- Previousexposure to Open Banking initiatives or blockchain-based financialsystems.
- Priorwork in startups or scaling product teams in fast-paced environments.
