Product Manager - Observability & Data Platforms

Natterbox is seeking a Senior Product Lead to own the commercial vision for its Observability platform. You will shape the roadmap for the portfolio of apps and the data products that power AI-driven conversations across the CRM stack.

You will work with Engineering and Go-To-Market to frame problems, justify the market and revenue case, and deliver end-to-end product outcomes. A design-led, UX-focused approach is essential.
