Join the Close Brothers Sales Operations Team where you will ensure that the government funding/guarantee schemes operated by Close Brothers Asset Finance & Leasing (CBAFL) are set-up, operated, and reported on in a compliant manner to meet the appliable scheme rules, providing a good customer experience and outcomes across the customer journey. Working as part of the Sales Operations teamour ideal team member will have previous experience in ensuring appropriate solutions are in place to ensure schemes are being operated effectively and in compliance with scheme rules with excellent data analysis skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Maintain relationships with external Funding Scheme providers ensuring compliance with the applicable scheme rules
- Manage the periodic data reporting process, ensuring that data has been cleansed and reconciled prior to any submission
- Provide oversight, guidance, and training for products which are managed locally within the CBAFL businesses.
- Develop rigorous ongoing performance analysis of Funding Schemes and where required wider CBAFL products to identify opportunities to enhance product design.
- Help with the design, approval and implementation of new products to include the identification of potential harms across the design, pricing structure or customer journey.
- Ensure the design of the product, customer journey and to-be processes will be compliant with funding scheme rules
- Assist team where required to conduct periodic Fair Value Assessments on the wider CBAFL products which are in the scope of Consumer Duty.
- Provision of reporting outlining relevant MI to include insights, emerging issues, improvement plan outcomes and/or proposed next steps to the relevant committees including the Product Review Group, Customer Forum and CRCC where required.
- Strong knowledge of asset finance type products (Hire purchase, lease, and loan along with associated variants)
- Proactive and hands-on approach
- Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle conflict.
- Excellent facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions.
- Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability
- Able to navigate the organisation and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical users at all levels.
- Awareness of competitor proposition across the wider market
- Understanding of project management lifecycles, techniques, and ability to tailor your delivery style aligning to the appropriate methodology for the project.
