Product Lead, Underwriting Platform & Delivery

CFC is seeking a Product Lead to drive product strategy and delivery within the Technology team, specifically for the Underwriting value stream. You will shape direction with underwriting leadership, work with engineers and designers, and deliver solutions that create business value at scale.

You will lead discovery, define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives and measure impact using data and feedback, partnering across senior stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes.
