Product Lead: Research-Driven Strategy & Validation

Fyxer is seeking a Product Lead who combines research rigor with strong product intuition to shape high-impact bets. You will partner with the Head of Product, CTO and engineers from day one to influence what we build and why, using mixed methods to drive faster, better decisions.

You will own discovery, validation, and learning loops, ensuring insights translate into concrete product direction and commercial outcomes. This role demands speed, judgment, and ownership.
