Product Lead, AI Interview Platform

Napster is seeking a Product Lead to own Pulse, an AI-driven platform. You will shape positioning, direction, and the roadmap, identify the initial market, and drive launch pilots with clear success criteria. You will partner with Engineering, Sales, and the CPO to ensure the portfolio delivers measurable value from week one.

You should have a track record shipping AI-enabled products, strong prioritization skills, and a bias toward creating tangible buyer value in a fast-moving environment.
