Product Insights & Outcomes Manager - Customer Risk

Barclays is seeking a Product Customer Insights & Outcomes Manager to help shape product strategy and governance. You will work with product and journey owners to interpret MI, identify customer risks, and provide insight-driven recommendations to improve outcomes.

The role requires leading reporting to boards and governance forums, coaching colleagues, and collaborating with tech, data and change teams to deliver customer-focused improvements across journeys.
