Product Innovation Intern

We believe there is no silver bullet in accessibility. Every person's needs are different. That's why we're building a portfolio of affordable, easy-to-use tools designed with the blind and visually impaired community. Everyone deserves the power to fully participate in society.

As a Product Innovation Intern , you will support us with our short-term new product development and introduction. You will help with a broad range of hands-on product design, product research, user testing and other product-related activities. The things you work on matter; these are products that will end up in the hands of users around the world.

Activities and responsibilities:

• Conduct user research with visually impaired people and gather and analyse their feedback.
• Design cool solutions and support the development of product prototypes.
• Find and suggest creative ways to assist with early validation of new ideas.
• Be part of the team and work together on improving the lives of our customers.

What we're looking for

• You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial (product) design or a similar field.
• Strong interest in assistive technology and driven to help others and make an impact in the world.
• You love experiencing what it's like to work in a start-up environment. You are willing to learn fast, are proactive, and you truly care.
• You love to be in direct contact with (potential) customers who are visually impaired
