We'relooking for a passionate Product Guide (all genders) to join our team atourStore in Bicester. You're the face of our brand-bringing energy,expertise, and unforgettable experiences to every guest. Youlive for theoutdoors, love our products, and share that passion authentically. As an Arc'teryx Product Guide, here's what you'd be doing:

  • Create Meaningful Guest Experiences: You bring energy andexpertiseto every interaction-sharing product knowledge, solving problems, and helping guests find gear that fits their needs and passions.
  • Live the Brand, Inside and Out: As a true Arc'teryx ambassador, yourepresentour values both in-store and in the community. You stay curious, keep learning, and inspire others to connect with nature.
  • Grow and Collaborate: You develop your skills with the support of your team, contribute to brand initiatives, and help elevate the store experience through feedback and collaboration.
  • Keep the Store Running Smoothly: From processing transactions and handling guestexpectationsto unpacking inventory and supporting daily tasks-you help make sure everything flows.

Hours: Full Time - 30-40 hours per week (5 days per week)
