We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Experience & Design Manager (IC) to join our Global SME Product Team at a leading technology-driven organization.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our business solutions and data-driven products. Our UX team blends behavioral science, data, design, and technology to create conceptual designs, evolve design systems, and develop innovative product experiences that enhance existing features.

About Product Experience Design:

As a Product Experience Designer, you'll collaborate closely with UX Researchers, Product Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and other cross-functional partners.

You'll contribute to our evolving Design System, build new experiences to drive conversion, and create reusable components using high-fidelity design tokens and UI Kits. You'll also tackle technical challenges and apply advanced interaction design techniques.

You're an empathetic user advocate who transforms complexity into elegant, intuitive solutions. You're passionate about building exceptional products and applying best practices to deliver innovative user experiences.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Contribute to the design system in collaboration with Design, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Optimize user experience to meet business goals and drive engagement.
• Ideate and conceptualize new features aligned with product strategy.
• Rapidly prototype Proof-of-Concepts and MVPs using human-centered design principles.
• Create high-fidelity visual designs, reusable components, user flows, and journey maps.
• Adapt and iterate components into the Design System.
• Continuously improve design efficiency and product experience using atomic design principles.
