- Growing a strong, inclusive engineering culture by supporting and developing your team.
- Working closely with stakeholders, product managers, and architects to shape solutions that are scalable, secure, and impactful.
- Using data and delivery metrics to guide decisions and identify issues early
- Promoting secure, maintainable, and cost-effective systems that support long-term success-while delivering tangible value.
- Planning, prioritising, and adapting to keep projects moving and outcomes strong.
We think the role would be great for an experienced systems manager or senior engineer looking to move into product and technical leadership. You'd also have:
- Experience with systems like ERP (e.g. IFS), Salesforce, reporting tools, or telephony/omnichannel platforms.
- A background in integrating ready-made (COTS) systems to solve business problems.
- A good understanding of agile ways of working and how to improve team performance using delivery metrics.
- The ability to make smart trade-offs between new features, tech debt, and long-term system health.
- Confidence contributing to architectural decisions that make our platforms scalable and reliable.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills-you work well with engineers, product managers, and leadership.
- A track record of building supportive, inclusive, and effective teams.
