Join the EVolution: We're excited to announce openings for Product Engineering Managers (PEMs x2) within our Business Operations and Customer Operations squads in the Enterprise Technology team. As a Product Engineering Manager, you'll be a key decision-maker and a vital bridge between your squad and the wider Pod organisation. As well as this, you'll also be responsible for:

• Growing a strong, inclusive engineering culture by supporting and developing your team.
• Working closely with stakeholders, product managers, and architects to shape solutions that are scalable, secure, and impactful.
• Using data and delivery metrics to guide decisions and identify issues early
• Promoting secure, maintainable, and cost-effective systems that support long-term success-while delivering tangible value.
• Planning, prioritising, and adapting to keep projects moving and outcomes strong.

Electrify us with your skills:
We think the role would be great for an experienced systems manager or senior engineer looking to move into product and technical leadership. You'd also have:

• Experience with systems like ERP (e.g. IFS), Salesforce, reporting tools, or telephony/omnichannel platforms.
• A background in integrating ready-made (COTS) systems to solve business problems.
• A good understanding of agile ways of working and how to improve team performance using delivery metrics.
• The ability to make smart trade-offs between new features, tech debt, and long-term system health.
• Confidence contributing to architectural decisions that make our platforms scalable and reliable.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills-you work well with engineers, product managers, and leadership.
• A track record of building supportive, inclusive, and effective teams.
