Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 DOE + benefits package

Product Development Manager required for a creative, well established company in the luxury bespoke promotional gifting sector. In this role, you will manage the full process from proposal through to delivery of the final product and serve as the project manager for new product development.

Responsibilities

• Managing the development of proposals for clients alongside product designers and sales using Microsoft, Photoshop, Illustrator and AI systems.
• Preparing and presenting client ready concepts, specifications, and presentations using Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI assisted design tools.
• Coordinating sample reviews, pre production approvals, and quality control standards to ensure consistency and compliance with client specifications.
• Sourcing, evaluating and onboarding new manufacturers of products internationally ensuring compliance with quality, legal requirements, and sustainability and ethical objectives.
• Managing partner factories in the development of new products.
• Collaborating and working closely to ensure correct product quality is delivered to budget and on time.
• Coordinating global fulfilment in collaboration with sales, finance and shipping.
• Working to tight deadlines in a fast moving collaborative environment.
• Attending global trade fairs to stay up to date on product and manufacturers.

Qualifications

• Experience in product development within promotional merchandise/luxury gift sector (or similar).
• Experience sourcing and working with international suppliers from quotation through to product delivery.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
