About the Internship

We are looking for a motivated and versatile intern to support our New Product Development (NPD) function based in Las Rozas (Madrid). This internship bridges the scientific and marketing worlds, ideal for someone with an academic background in Nutrition, Pharmacy, or Biology, but who also has a strategic and creative eye for marketing.

You will work closely with our New Product Development Manager, gaining hands-on experience in the end-to-end process of product innovation, from ideation to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor benchmarking.
• Support the creation of new product concepts, aligned with scientific evidence and market trends.
• Develop Master Files for each product, including ingredient details, health benefits, and claims.
• Assist the Marketing and Sales teams with scientific insights and documentation.
• Help prepare and deliver product training sessions.
• Collaborate with international peers as part of the European NPD Hub.
• Contribute to various cross-functional projects within the marketing and product development teams.

Requirements

• Academic background in Nutrition, Pharmacy, Biology, or similar, with a Marketing edge.
• A passion for both scientific precision and creative thinking.
• Strong communication and research skills.
• Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus).
• Energetic, detail-oriented, self-starter with a hands-on mentality.
• Training agreement with your university is mandatory.

Working Conditions

• Presential role - Las Rozas (Madrid)
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00-17:15 (45-min lunch); Friday 8:00-14:00 (July and August 7h00-15h00)
• Compensation: 700€ gross/month
• 6-month internship with opportunity to engage in meaningful, high-impact projects
