What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing the technical development of complex instrumentation and precision equipment.
• Translating the product roadmap into actionable project plans.
• Coordinating cross functional teams, including engineers, scientists, and project managers.
• Managing resources, schedules, and budgets to ensure on time delivery.
• Providing strategic leadership while supporting hands on problem solving.

About You

You'll be a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise, ready to lead high complexity product development.

Your Background & Skills:

• Degree/MSc/PhD in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of product leadership experience in complex instrumentation, precision technology, or high tech equipment.
• Proven track record of bringing technical products to market successfully.
• Strong leadership and team management skills within a multi disciplinary environment.
• Experience working in fast paced, innovation driven organisations.
