Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, founded by British makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury MBE in 2013, is a global leader in the beauty industry, renowned for its innovative products and dynamic growth. We are seeking a passionate Product Development Coordinator for Skincare to join our team.

The role involves coordinating skincare development stages, supporting the NPD team and Charlotte Tilbury artists, managing product research, sample organization, and testing coordination. You will also assist in project management tasks such as reviewing supplier submissions and supporting strategic reformulations and regional product developments. Previous experience in beauty product development is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support skincare development activities with the NPD team and global artists
  • Coordinate project tasks and manage feedback from global artists
  • Organize and track samples from suppliers and internal teams
  • Coordinate product testing and prepare materials for meetings
  • Manage project trackers and timelines
  • Communicate and brief suppliers on projects
  • Support regional product innovation initiatives
  • Maintain sample archives and project documentation
  • Research industry trends and support visual presentations
  • Assist the NPD team with general tasks
