What You'll Be Doing:

In this exciting role as Product Deployment Officer, you'll be responsible for the smooth and frequent deployment and testing of new product features across our restaurant and digital platforms. You'll ensure every release is stable, impactful, and ready to support our crew and customers

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with global teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to align on release content and timelines.
  • Leading or contributing to cross-functional meetings to ensure readiness and alignment.
  • Communicating clearly with restaurants about deployment plans and progress.
  • Ensuring deployment stability by working closely with product owners, QA teams, and vendors.
  • Managing risk and readiness in partnership with the Environment Officer.
  • Supporting the Innovation & Adoption team to ensure new features are intuitive and embraced by crew, customers, and franchisees.
  • Prioritising testing backlogs in line with product roadmaps.
  • Coordinating effective piloting and national rollouts of new features.
  • Feeding back on issues and improvements to enhance future deployments.
Qualifications:

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in product/software deployment and lifecycle management.
  • A track record of delivering stable, frequent releases across a diverse estate.
  • Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A curious, analytical mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
