Our client a global technology leader is currently looking for a Product Content Analyst.

As a Content Analyst, you will play a crucial role in researching, analysing, and creating accurate content for clients. Your expertise in data, strong analytical skills, and excellent written communication will contribute to the success and growth of content based products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research on property-related data, including ownership details, historical transactions, planning applications, environmental reports, and other relevant information.
• Create well-written, informative, and engaging content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to industry guidelines.
• Perform quality checks on generated reports to ensure consistency, correctness, and compliance with industry standards.
• Stay updated with relevant property laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure the most accurate and up-to-date information is included in reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Analysts, Developers, Clients, and Customer Support, to enhance report quality and resolve any technical or data-related issues.
• Provide support to clients by addressing queries related to Property Report content and offering guidance on interpreting the information.
• Liaise with clients through face-to-face meetings, via email and over the phone to ensure content ideas are captured and delivered to a satisfactory level.
• Continuously identify areas for process improvement and suggest enhancements to streamline report generation and content creation workflows.
• Utilise the above for Enquiries content and logic.
