Product Co-ordinator (Fixed Term Appointment)

This is a Fixed Term Appointment opportunity for 23 months with the possibility of permanency dependent on business requirements.

Are you highly organised, proactive and skilled at coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders? We are looking for two Product Coordinators to join Social Security Scotland and support the successful delivery of key programmes that contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

These roles, within the Fraud, Error and Debt teams, offer an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced delivery environment, supporting product and project teams to plan and coordinate activities, maintain delivery information and ensure programme governance requirements are met. You will play an important role in helping teams deliver outcomes that support both organisational priorities and service users across Scotland.

You will join a team responsible for delivering complex business and technology change initiatives that support Social Security Scotland's strategic objectives. Working closely with Product Leads, delivery specialists, business stakeholders and technical teams, you will help coordinate delivery activity throughout the product lifecycle.

As a Product Coordinator, you will provide essential support across planning, governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement and delivery coordination, helping to ensure programmes remain organised, informed and on track to achieve their objectives.
