Product & Service Assurance Lead, Media Supply Chain

Fremantle is seeking a Product and Service Assurance Manager in London. You will own the operational health of Media Supply Chain, focusing on MAM and integration layers, and manage incidents, changes and releases with internal and external teams.

You will be hands-on, digging into support queues and data, driving automation to reduce repetitive tasks, and ensuring clear prioritisation and governance across vendors. The role requires strong collaboration and a proactive, results driven mindset.
