Responsibilities 
- Manage and develop existing and new products and/or services
- Develop customer level strategies & solutions
- Guide and advise stakeholders on existing and new products/propositions
- Monitor market trends and analysis feedback from internal employees and target customers
- Manage comprehensive launch plans and technical deployments for products
- Monitor key metrics such as adoption rates, usage patterns, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation
- Data interrogation, manipulation, and analytics experience
- Commercial acumen
- Solid project management experience
- Detailed financial experience in Banking
