Prod Comp Assc - TSE with Thai language, RISC Ops

The RISC Ops team is at the heart of our customer safety practices in Amazon. As a Senior Product Compliance Associate, you'll work closely with a wide variety of Amazon colleagues and external vendors. In this role, every day is an opportunity to learn more about the complexities of compliance.

Key job responsibilities
  • Classify products based on their potential compliance risk, for regulatory storage and transportation purposes.
  • Identify and remove any products from our website that violate policies.
  • Work with the legal and quality team to ensure high standards of safety and compliance.
  • Follow standard operating procedures to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Work closely with mentors and managers to develop your skills and potential.
  • Propose improvement opportunities for the processes you work on.
  • Train and mentor other associates.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders from different countries and cultures.
  • Analyze metrics, interpret trends, and propose corrective actions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced proficiency in written Thai
  • Intermediate proficiency in English reading and writing
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-2 years of experience in business processes based on data
  • Knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Excel is advantageous
  • Experience in outsourcing business processes, operational processes, and database management is advantageous
  • Ability to make decisions based on recommendations, even in unclear contexts
  • Extensive experience with the Internet and search engines
  • Quick information retrieval skills about products
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and identify patterns
