In this role, you play a central role within Supply Chain & Procurement (SC&P). You ensure the interface between internal services and the SC&P team and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and supplier management. As a member of the regional support team, you work with Procurement as the first point of contact for internal clients regarding all supply procurement and task management issues: - Ensure regional presence and collaborate closely with internal teams as well as the Supply Chain & Procurement (SC&P) department. - Ensure the implementation and proper management of global agreements as well as the ongoing supply chain process. - Analyze processes and implement actions to improve efficiency and optimize costs. - Actively support the internal teams in their procurement processes via ISS Sourcing. - Manage, update, and monitor supplier and contractual data while documenting savings achieved. - Ensure compliance with guidelines and contribute to the execution and conduction of audits. - Participate in cross-sectional projects at the regional level, including reporting, analyses, and communication aimed at stakeholders. Your profile: - Background in a technical or commercial field complemented by higher education (Federal Certificate, HES, Universities, or equivalent). - Experience in Supply Chain & Procurement, ideally with knowledge of compliance and contractual management. - Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach. - Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers and processes. - Proficiency in ERP systems and the MS Office suite, with ease in interaction with different stakeholders. - Excellent command of French and German (C1 level minimum) - as regular verbal exchanges are required with the head office in Zurich. - Good knowledge of English (B1 level minimum).
