Job Title: Procurement Manager (Environmental Compliance)
Location: Den Haag, Netherlands
Salary Range: €45,000 - €80,000 base, depending on candidate profile and performance
Bonus: Up to 2 months' salary (negotiable for exceptional candidates)
Travel Frequency: High (within EU countries)
Company Car: No
Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal); Chinese required; Dutch is a plus.
Additional: Valid driving license and ability to travel across EU countries.
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Procurement Manager (Environmental Compliance) to lead EU environmental compliance operations across our subsidiaries in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Ireland. The role requires excellent coordination, legal understanding, and project management in the context of sustainability and international trade.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and implement relevant EU environmental regulations and laws across the subsidiary.
- Act as project manager for environmental compliance, collaborating with HQ and consulting agencies to establish operational mechanisms.
- Oversee routine compliance activities, including data reporting, expense submissions, and audit responses.
- Ensure declarations meet requirements for carbon emissions, extended producer responsibilities, and other compliance areas.
