Job Title: Procurement Manager
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Central London
Working Arrangement: Hybrid - 50% on-site
Salary: Highly competitive

The Role:
As a Procurement Manager, you will own and execute global procurement strategy, overseeing all purchasing activities, vendor relationships, and best-in-class policies and systems. Collaborating closely with senior leads across global business support functions, you will ensure third-party engagements align with overarching business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Defining and maintaining the global procurement strategy while driving cost optimisation, supply chain risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and support for strategic goals.
  • Managing the full commercial life cycle of vendor relationships, including thorough yet efficient due diligence, onboarding, and ongoing management.
  • Reviewing, benchmarking, negotiating, and co-terming existing contracts, pricing, and agreements; maintaining document storage, relationship history, and supplier check-ins.
  • Designing and owning a robust, repeatable RFI/RFP process, including templates and ensuring NDAs are in place for new engagements.
  • Creating renewal roadmaps, supporting supplier relationship owners, conducting regular pricing reviews, and contributing to annual budgeting.
  • Reviewing proposals and Statements of Work to ensure alignment with business expectations.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a centralised procurement role, ideally with global reach and within financial services or professional services environments.
  • Strong track record in strategic sourcing, complex contract negotiation, co-terming agreements, and supplier relationship management.
  • Methodical attention to detail with a sharp ability to spot errors in supplier pricing proposals.
  • Strong financial acumen and data interpretation skills for informed decision-making.
  • Proficiency in procurement systems and digital tools.
  • Adaptable, commercially minded professional who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
  • MCIPS or equivalent professional designation preferred.
