Job Description
Job Purpose

Reporting into the senior procurement leadership team, you will own key public sector client relationships and provide direct, end to end support with their sourcing requirements.

The ideal candidate is a confident client facing partner, comfortable managing senior stakeholders, leading sourcing activity, and taking full ownership of delivery. A proactive "starter finisher" who sees opportunities to improve processes, outcomes, and client experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key public sector clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Lead strategic sourcing activity across a broad range of indirect spend categories
  • Engage, negotiate and manage supplier relationships to ensure best value outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with Constellia colleagues across implementation, procurement operations, finance and legal to ensure successful delivery
  • Provide delivery assurance and performance management across client portfolios
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience
  • 5 10 years' experience in procurement business partnering or client facing procurement roles
  • Experience working in either public sector, private sector or both
  • Strong indirect spend procurement experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivery
  • A proactive, improvement focused mindset with the ability to see tasks through from start to finish
  • Desire to grow and develop as the business continues to scale
