At Gough & Kelly, we're offering an exciting opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as a Procurement Apprentice at our Leeds HQ.

The position:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • To undertake the CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply at The Procurement Academy

As a Procurement Apprentice, you'll play a vital role in supporting our procurement operations. You'll gain real-world experience in:

  • Raising and processing purchase orders
  • Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for goods and services
  • Ensuring timely stock replenishment for our engineers
  • Managing and updating procurement data and pricing
  • Coordinating deliveries and solving issues with speed and professionalism
  • Communicating clearly across teams to keep projects moving smoothly
  • Maintaining compliance and supporting our commitment to high security standards

What we're looking for:

  • Maths and English GCSEs at grade C/4 or above
  • A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and other IT systems
  • A clear and effective communicator
  • Passionate about delivering excellent service
  • Possess strong organisational abilities
